Securing your flight at Texas Heli Academy has never been so simple. Fill in your details, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete payment once we verify availability and send over the payment options. You’ll receive the payment options and confirmed availability within 1 business day.

Fill in Your Details
Tell us your name, contact info, experience level, and which bundle you’re interested in or just book a single introductory lesson.

Pick Your Date & Time
Choose from available slots 7 days a week, from early morning through evening. We’ll match you with your assigned instructor based on availability.

We Confirm Your Slot
We’ll check your preferred date and time against instructor availability and follow up by email within 1 business day to confirm your exact slot, or offer alternatives if needed. Because of this, urgent bookings may not be available. Please call us at 512-643-0677.

Complete Payment
Once we confirmed your slot is availble. Proceed with payment through our shared payment methods. Your slot is only confirmed upon payment. We accept all major cards.

    Booking Policies

    What to Expect

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your lesson at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the lesson fee. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
    Weather Policy
    Safety always comes first. If weather conditions prevent flying, we’ll contact you as early as possible and reschedule at no cost. All weather decisions are made by your FAA-certified instructor.
    Payment & Refunds
    Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your slot. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days for eligible cancellations. All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
